Join us for our first ever Spring Brunch On The Flower Farm! We are opening up our home and farm to create a special and unique experience for you. Tour the farm while sipping on handcrafted drinks. Take a seat with your friends and loved ones among the flower gardens. Enjoy an elegant four-course brunch cooked onsite specially for you and served on our collection of vintage floral china. Lose yourself in bucketfuls of freshly harvested spring tulips as you make a beautiful bouquet to take home with you.Â
We are excited to be partnering with Butcher & The Blonde for this event. They will be bringing their food truck and cooking onsite for us, enveloping us with the aroma of their delicious food, and serving up a special four-course brunch crafted just for you. They have put together a tasty and elegant spring menu with main course options to suite your taste and meet your dietary needs. The menu is below. You will be able to choose your main course and list any dietary restrictions at checkout.
Noah Elkind from Farow will also be joining us to serve up some specially curated spring cocktails & mocktails created just for you! If you've dined at Farow or hung out at their bar, you know that Noah is brilliant at mixing drinks, and he's created some special spring recipes just for us! We're really excited that he will be joining us and adding a little extra special flair to our morning.
And, because we know you ultimately come to a flower farm for flowers, everyone who joins us will have the opportunity to indulge in bucketfuls of beautiful spring tulips and take home a bouquet of flowers! We will have a Tulip Bar set up with a colorful array of the beautiful spring tulips we have blooming in abundance at this time of year. You will be able select your own tulips and make a bouquet to take home with you. We will also offer a tour the farm so that you can see where we have over ten thousand tulips blooming this time of year and what we have in store for the rest of the season. It doesn't get more local than this!
We welcome anyone and everyone to join us for this event. We started building Slupik MiniFarm ten years ago with the intention of creating a space that feels welcoming and inviting to every person who enters our gate. We want our guests to feel like they've stepped out of the chaos and noise of the real world into a place where they can escape for a little while and lose themselves in something beautiful. We have spent so much time and energy creating a beautiful and magical space here, and we look forward to sharing it with you!
While we do love your children, we ask that you leave your little ones with someone you trust and join us for a peaceful morning at the farm where you can relax and be taken care of. We will not be providing childcare, nor will we permit children to run around on our property unattended. Children who can sit through a 4-course meal are welcome to join us! Â

Welcome Appetizer
Assorted avocado toast bites (VEG)
Salad
 Arugula, feta, and fennel salad:  crisp fennel slices and crumbled feta cheese, sliced almonds and blueberries drizzled with lemon-infused olive oil and sea salt (VEG, GF)
Main Course Options (you will be asked to select one when you purchase your ticket)
 -Quiche with spinach, spring onions, and Gruyere cheese:  a savory pie filled with tender spinach, flavorful spring onions, and melted Gruyere cheese baked in a flaky crust (VEG)
 -Brioche French toast with berry compote and fresh whipped cream:  thick slices of brioche bread soaked in a rich egg custard, grilled until golden brown, and served with a warm mixed berry compote and freshly whipped cream (VEG, GF)
-Salmon cakes with fresh herb remoulade sauce and hash browns: Â salmon cakes seasoned with lemon zest and dill, served with a tangy house-made tartar sauce and crispy hash browns (GF)
Dessert
Chantilly cake with berries: Â a light and fluffy sponge cake layered with whipped cream frosting and fresh berries, garnished with delicate edible flowers (VEG)
Beverages
Two cocktails and/or mocktails are included with your ticket. Â In addition, hibiscus lemonade and iced tea with mint leaves will be provided.
IMPORTANT DETAILS:
-Everyone who enters must have purchased a ticket in advance.Â
-Registration will close at midnight on May 9 to allow us time to plan and prepare. Please plan ahead!
-This event will happen, rain or shine. If it happens to rain that morning, we will  move everyone to the covered porch.
-No refunds will be issued. If something comes up and you're unable to make it, you may send someone in your place. Please email us to let us know.
-By purchasing a ticket, you agree to treat our property with respect and to enter our property at your own risk. No unsupervised children are allowed. Slupik MiniFarm and its owners are not to be held responsible for any accident or injury that may occur during the event.
